Context
At platform scale, the product team needed to improve transaction adoption and repeat usage while balancing enterprise customer needs, integration dependencies and commercial priorities.
Owned a three-year product strategy and roadmap, leading an eight-person team.
What I did
- 01Interviewed customers and enterprise clients to translate unmet needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- 02Prioritized a roadmap and presented strategy and investment cases to executive stakeholders.
- 03Defined requirements for Razorpay and PayU REST API integrations; collaborated with frontend and backend engineers on architecture, databases and AWS/cloud trade-offs.
- 04Developed SQL-driven product analytics dashboards to track customer behavior and experiment performance, using KPI trends and A/B test results to prioritize product features.

Perspective
My focus was on converting enterprise feedback and usage evidence into roadmap priorities, balancing payments integration complexity against adoption and commercial outcomes.
