Context

Contract intake and approval workflows needed clearer forms, routing and status visibility. Manual preparation of operational KPIs also created a reporting burden.

As an Associate Product Manager, supported discovery and backlog prioritization rather than owning the entire product strategy. Collaborated with UX and engineering and supported analytics dashboard development.

What I did

  1. 01Supported legal and procurement interviews and translated needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  2. 02Worked with UX and engineering on intake forms, approval routing and request-status visibility.
  3. 03Contributed to a CLM dashboard tracking contract volume, approval bottlenecks and SLA compliance.

Perspective

As an Associate PM, I supported a defined CLM workstream: translating legal and procurement needs into testable requirements, collaborating on intake and approval changes, and supporting analytics reporting.
