Context
The initiatives addressed three connected needs: acquiring users, improving course discovery and engagement, and reducing abandonment across learner journeys.
Work spanned a platform launch, a recommendation experiment and redesign of learner journeys.
What I did
- 01Launched a new e-learning platform, growing the active-user base by 20% and adding 250,000 users over six months.
- 02A/B tested a recommendation workflow against the existing discovery experience and used behavior plus feedback to inform rollout.
- 03Used user research and usability testing to redesign core learner journeys.
- 04Tracked engagement, daily active users (100K to 130K), retention and abandonment as separate measures of product health.
